The curious case of visible bra straps


Sexy back?
A non-makeup related topic, I will give you that but I could not resist the temptation to post this after taking a long walk in the streets of Brussels in this fantastic weather. Ladies or those of us aspire to refer to themselves as such, please make sure your bra straps are not peeking out of your lovely tank tops or whatever you might be wearing! That is just sooo, well, unladylike! In case you find your bra straps slipping off, trying getting a so-called bra barrette!

One more thing, though. It does NOT make any difference if you wear transparent silicone straps, it is equally unattractive...you know, as if something if biting into your flesh...
No, not cool.

    Hahaha, this cracked me up! I used to have a major phobia about showing my bra straps, but after living here for three years I'm a bit more relaxed about it now. No, I don't mean I'd show the back of my bra, but sometimes I can show pretty bra straps (pretty is the keyword. If it's a sports bra I wouldn't do it) when I wear my singlet (I also pay attention to the color coordination). Women here also go braless sometimes in warm weather, which is still appalling for me. But then again this has made me wonder if I'm just a prude lol
